Senior Communications Project Director

Responsibilities:

  • Can develop, manage and implement public health education campaigns.
  • Understands all aspects of communications including marketing, message development, public releations and the use of multimedia solutions (e.g. video, web, technology solutions)
  • Manages all aspects of project implementation.
  • Oversees other staff and vendors working on client projects within practice.
  • Provides hands on development of deliverables across projects and assures a high level of quality.
  • Manages project budget estimates, profitability and revenue.
  • Helps create pipeline forecasts for business growth opportunities.
  • Ensures corporate and project staff are well informed, at all times, of changes and news worthy events within our company.
  • Understands the implications of different communication choices and is able to guide our clients to the best solution for their situation.
  • Champions change and effectively manages the implementation of new communications ideas.
  • Maintains lasting client relationships.
  • Ensures project team delivers superior communication solutions to clients.
  • Provides senior level resolution to client issues.

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Understands client organization's direction, structure, and requirements.
  • Documents and analyzes required project information and data.
  • Prepares and implements timelines, project plans, and project deliverables.
  • Effectively utilizes technology products to assist in the management of project activities
  • Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
  • Develops instructions, outlines or draft of project deliverables
  • Takes input from supervisor, client or project director and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
  • Understands the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently.
  • Develops internal and external meeting objectives, agendas and minutes.
  • Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively.
  • Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.
